Why We Take Project Photos

We document projects throughout the remodeling process to maintain accurate project records, communicate with customers and trade partners, verify completed work, support warranty documentation when needed, and showcase our craftsmanship through our portfolio, educational resources, website, and social media.

How Photos May Be Used

Unless a customer requests otherwise, photographs of completed work may be used on our website, social media platforms, educational articles, remodeling glossary, project portfolio, printed marketing materials, presentations, and other company publications. We may also use project photographs to demonstrate construction methods, design ideas, and remodeling solutions for educational purposes.

Respecting Customer Privacy

We understand that every home is personal. Whenever reasonably practical, we strive to:

• Avoid identifying homeowners by name.
• Avoid publishing street addresses.
• Exclude family photographs, personal documents, security information, or other sensitive details from published images.
• Present project photographs professionally and in good taste.
• Focus on the craftsmanship and completed work rather than the homeowner's personal belongings.

Requesting Privacy

If you prefer that photographs or videos of your completed project not be used publicly, please let us know. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request. Requests are best made before project completion so our team can properly flag your project within our records.

Customer-Supplied Photos

Customers occasionally provide photographs before construction begins to help us prepare ballpark estimates or discuss design ideas. By submitting photographs through our website, email, or text message, you represent that you have the right to share those images and grant Pristine Remodeling permission to use them for estimating, project planning, communication, documentation, and maintaining project records within our systems.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell project photographs. When reasonably necessary to complete your project, limited photographs may be shared with trusted suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, engineers, permitting agencies, or similar project partners to coordinate materials, verify existing conditions, or resolve technical questions.

Ownership of Media

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photographs, videos, graphics, and other original media created by Pristine Remodeling remain the property of Pristine Remodeling, LLC. This policy does not transfer ownership of our original photography or grant permission for reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use by third parties.

Social Media

We enjoy celebrating completed projects online while respecting our customers' privacy. If we feature your project, we strive to highlight the design, craftsmanship, and finished space without intentionally revealing personally identifying information.
